Honoring a 125-year legacy.

Sisters of the Divine Compassion.​
At this venerable organization with eight different ministries and schools with divergent needs and strengths. I was hired at a pivotal time leading up to the organization’s 125th Anniversary. Establishing internal goals and a coalition of support of three different 125th Anniversary projects, I helped Sisters secure a six-figure corporate foundation grant to fund their Environmental Sustainability Initiative. This supported the Sisters’ efforts to expand their mission to compassion for the Environment, and it enabled them to become leaders in the community in Environmental Stewardship.  I also raised the funds needed for the first phase of the renovation and restoration of the Chapel of the Divine Compassion. Other successes included a 31% increase in direct mail donations, and initiating a legacy society that facilitated a very significant bequest.

NYC and Company Leadership in Tourism Award Dinner

How do you take an already successful event and boost the revenue?  We incorporated a co-chair system that led to a 50% increase in gross revenue. We also helped cut costs and implemented new software that allowed us to have more control over the execution of the event. This kept net revenue high.
Each year, the event was held in a stunning NYC location such as the Mandarin Oriental or the newly renovated MOMA. Attending were such A-level list Honorees as Robert Iger and The Walt Disney Company, American Express Company, NBC Universal, Nicole Miller, JW Marriott Jr. and Danny Meyer. ​
