Jacqueline Rossow President and CEO
In Jacqueline’s thirty-year career in the nonprofit arena, she has served a variety of arts, educational and social service organizations in the New York City and San Diego areas. Jacqueline has worked to advance organizations from both an internal staff perspective and the consultancy side. Her broad range of experience includes serving organizations from large flagship performing arts organizations like Carnegie Hall in New York City, to major Educational Institutions like St. John’s University School of Law where she rose to the level of Assistant Dean for Development, as well as to both international and local social service, arts and environmental nonprofits such as Burundi Friends International, Partnership for the Advancement of New Americans, Global Care Alliance, City Ballet of San Diego, Ballet Collective, Oceanside Theater Company, La Colonia De Eden Gardens, and The Escondido Creek Conservancy.
Jacqueline’s background and skills include major gifts, bequests and planned giving, creating executable action plans, advancement assessments, planning retreats, feasibility studies, management and budget reviews, budgeting, grant writing, special events of all kinds, corporate and foundation giving. Jacqueline has an engaging presentation style, expertise in developing the strategy and pitch for solicitation of major gifts. Jacqueline served as both the lead on solicitations or in a supporting role in training board members, volunteers and staff to conduct successful solicitations.
Jacqueline’s passionate about building resources for growing organizations that do great work in the community, for underserved youth and their families, in the arts, for the environment, and for education. Jacqueline is actively reaching out to and serves community-based organizations that typically have been underfunded by traditional philanthropy.
Jacqueline has a BA in Economics from Pennsylvania State University, has studied Arabic and International Economics at The American University in Cairo, speaks some Arabic, Spanish and Portuguese. Jacqueline lives in Encinitas with her husband Chris and 18-year-old daughter Colette.

Michelle Aranda Design Strategist / Creative Director
Michelle brings 25+ years of experience in national award-winning Communications Design, working high level creative for strategic design and project overview with Fortune 500 companies in areas of high-tech communications, corporate identity and branding, trade shows and exhibition design, product packaging, environmental design, web and multimedia, video, digital and print graphics, corporate events and print advertising campaigns. Her experiences in award-winning creative agencies as creative director has spanned both coasts from New York City, Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco. She earned her BFA from Pratt Institute, New York and has won numerous design awards through AIGA, Communication Arts, and other creative industry honors. Her creative vision and brand design spans campaigns for clients such as Hewlett-Packard, Cisco Systems, Intuit, Qualcomm, Scripps Research, Salk Institute, Columbia Pictures, HBO, and Time-Warner.

She describes herself as a chief evangelist and focuses her talents on creating value for customers through content development, digital storytelling, social strategy, marketing campaigns, analytics, and thought leadership. For more than 25 years she has helped brands create better customer experiences through traditional and digital platforms

Stephanie Garcia Bilingual Business Consultant
Stephanie is a business consultant with over 10 years of experience serving Corporate America and non-profit clients. She’s had the opportunity to work in the non-profit space and has a unique perspective and understanding of organizations having been a program participant, a volunteer and consultant. Stephaniehas served a variety of youth and educational organizations in the Los Angeles, Michigan, and San Diego areas. Stephanie’s background and skills includebusiness development, marketing, information technology, business strategy, non-profit program management and development; corporate sponsorship, major gift solicitations, fundraising events and fundraising technology. Stephanie is a Los Angeles native, living in the greater San Diego area with her 1 year-old daughter and significant other. Stephanie moved to San Diego after graduating with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Adam Kaye Public Relations Director
As a writer and editor, Adam Kaye specializes in presenting complex or technical information in plain English. Today, as a contractor for the City of Del Mar, Adam manages the City’s COVID-19 communications, which include daily updates, website publishing and social media. His experience and interests uniquely qualify him to join this endeavor. Earlier, as an official spokesman for a San Diego County Supervisor, Adam served as a media liaison and coach. In that role, he boosted the Supervisor’s visibility and secured coverage for numerous programs and initiatives. Before his career in government, Adam covered governmental affairs, general assignments and breaking news for the daily North County Times.

- Fiona O’Brien Administrative Coordinator/Political Science Student
- Fiona is a human rights student who is pursuing a Bachelor's degree at the National University of Ireland Galway. Fiona has an interest in NGO work with particular interest in refugee work and women’s rights. She has extensive knowledge of inter-state interactions in Europe and has also studied in Rwanda and Kenya. Fiona attended school for two years in Jackson, Mississippi where she volunteered with Mississippi Voter Protection Services. She also worked with Mike Espy’s Senatorial campaign, Hagwood and Tipton Law Firm, and her college’s Writing Center. She is a talented writer and has experience with writing contracts, proposals, and formal letters. Fiona is well versed in managing and growing various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. When Fiona isn’t working she spends time with her friends at the beach and enjoys relaxing with books and embroidery.

Chris brings over 20 years of experience in online communication design to non-profit clients such as Samuel Lawrence Foundation, Global Care Alliance and La Colonia De Eden Gardens. Chris has worked for top-tier New York agencies such as Ogilvy and Mather, Tribal DDB, and McGarryBowen in a wide range of industries including Pharmaceutical, Consumer Goods, Communications, and Entertainment. Chris has conceptualized and executed online advertising and web-based efforts for such pharmaceutical brands as Caduet, Tobi, Humira and Viagra. Additionally Chris has worked on such brands as JPMorgan, Time Warner Cable, Pond’s Cold Cream and Thompson Reuters.

They have also created work for international brands including Hewlett-Packard and Sony. Their expertise covers the full-spectrum of design services inclusive of strategic brand development and alignment and fully integrated marketing and digital media campaigns. Serving as creative director and brand strategist for Qualcomm, Adam was instrumental in the creation and launch of their brand across multi-national boundaries. He specializes in creating unique, visually stunning designs that draw attention and drive business success. He has worked closely with multiple in-house marketing teams as a strategic partner to help meet their goals and business objectives.
